I live in Loudoun County, Virginia. Do all attorneys charge for email or phone correspondence? How much is the average in VA (loudoun county)?

When attorneys say they charge $300 or $350 per hour does that mean there are other hidden costs? Like paralegal service charges/ email and phone correspondence charges? Please advice.

Many Thanks

These are questions that you need to ask each attorney that you contact.

I don't disagree...

To answer in a very general way...attorneys can charge for any time they spend working on your case. That time may take the form of phone calls, email reading, letter writing, etc.
