What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA
I have paid a delivery company in Camaroon to ship two monkeys to me, which I have emails and paper work proving I paid for this service. The monkeys have not arrived and the company will not give me any information on where the monkeys are. I have contacted the company by phone and email, but the only response I get from them are emails requestinf more money from me. I feel I am being scammed and would like to know what I can do about it. Can someone give me some more information on fraud and help me figure out what I can do about his situation?

You've been scammed. No way you are going to get those monkeys. Whatever you do, don't send any more money.

as you will see, this is a common scam. It is illegal to import monkeys into the US without a lot of Federal regulations to deal with. The average person is not going to get a permit to import such an animal.
