What is the name of your state? minn
i mean the STATE has to provide NONRELIGIOUS alternative.that means THEY have to provide me with an alternative to church or aa.that does not mean that I have to lift a finger.the responsibility is on the dmv to use their resources to seek and find an alternative,it is not my job to find.

When you sober up, read my response to your other thread. It is your responsibility to come up with an acceptable solution, not the TAX PAYERS (what you call "the state") Since your the one with the problem, your the one that has to fix it.
