citation for underage drinking

received citation for underage drinking...never told breathalizer score, just told i was recieving a citation. I know that i was not intoxicated and don't feel as though i should have received this violation. Also, I am a student who will get kicked out of my educational program if found guilty. Please Help!!!!!!!! I need to know what my rights are where this matter is concerned.

You don't need a breathilizer if you were found with the alcohol and if you smelled of it.

I'd have to agree. You were charged with underage drinking (period!); you weren't charged with drinking any specific amount.
