I work in Colorado. I recently received a citation for "resist/interfere with officer". The name of the officer on the citation is different from the signature of the officer on the bottom of the citation. They are two different officers. I must appear at municipal court to answer this citation. Is this a legal citation or because of the signature of another officer not listed on the citation, will the citation be dimissed?
