Based on citations for curfew violation, alcohol, weed, and paraphelia possession - Judge gave 6 months probation and is threatening taking away license till 18 (Son was 15 and not driving), weed on permanent record, and jail for 4 months when he turns 18. Can he do that?

Short answer: Yes. Son had better be walking the straight and narrow as per the judge's orders.

What state is he in? What specific offense was he charged with? (Statutes if you have them ...)

What punishments have YOU inflicted upon him at home? (If it had been my child, he wouldn't be driving until he was 18 and was able to pay for his own insurance after this, anyway.)
