I have filed my warrant and the case is set for 2/16/01.
Do I have to supena the person I am sueing to be able to put them on the stand and ask them questions. Where can I find information on preparing? I have watch several cases in the same court where they had an attorney is it the same set up without an attorney. all information welcome
