recently i was arrested for
possesion of pot. it was found in
my car, and resulted in the
district att. filing for
forfeiture of my vehicle. if the
evidence is surpressed in the
criminal matter,and the criminal
case is won by me due to no
evidence,what happens to the civil
case of forfeiture? can they still
take my car without any evidence,
or does the evidence not get
thrown out for that allso. this
case is pending in montana.

The rules for supression are different in criminal cases and civil forfeitures. Ask the lawyer handling the suppresion motion for you.
