Civil Judgement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I am being sued in New Jersey but I now live in South Carolina...I was served recently for a civil judgement resulting from an auto accident nearly 2 years to the date. I thought auto insurance companies resolved these matters.
My greatest concern is my home...I have a home with a reverse mortgage...can this be "touched" in any form?
