a lawsuit was filed against me in the state of georgia and the court has issued ajudgement against in the plaintiffs favor also the court issued a writ to the sheriff to have my property levied this information was sent to me from the plaintiffs attorney not from the court i was served notice by the sheriff 90 days ago i answered the complaint but never had a court date issued how can this happen? is this a violation of my civil rights not to have my day in court i would think the judge should here both parties then rule can the sheriff levy my property without a day in court?

My response:

There really is no way to respond to you, because you never told us HOW you responded to the complaint. Did you follow the "Court Rules" and the proper "Statutes" when you responded ? What did your attorney say to you ? Have you even bothered to consult an attorney ? Did you move after you answered the complaint ? Do you like playing Russian Roulette with your financial future ? Then see an attorney.
