What is the name of your state? VA
Ex-wife committed identity theft, forgery against me in 1998 and 1999 in two differents counties in SC. Ex-wife was arrested in 10/2001 and in 06/2002 for the crimes committed in the 2 counties.

Ex-wife tried claiming she didn't commit the crimes until she was confronted with a cache of evidence. She pleaded guilty to 4 charges in July 2003 and got probation. I'm aware she committed these actions between 1998 and 1999 but she wasn't arrested until 2001 & 2002 and then she wasn't brought to justice and sentenced until July 2003. I would like to know what type of actions I can file against her and what time limits there are. Any assistance or advice would be helpful as her actions has caused me and my a lot of pain and threaten my livelihood. thks!
