Hello, If I'm being sued under the grounds that my actions (verbally and in writing) caused someone to loose his/her job, but the truth is that there was no loss of job (person was recently promoted months after my actions), what do I file to get this thrown out? Deposition of supervisor states that there were no harmful repercussions due to my actions and it is acknowledged by Plaintiff that what I said and wrote about were fact. Motion for Injunctive Relief by Plaintiff was denied. However, I do not have the funds to pay an attorney for trial. Any suggestions?
