Wisconsin: Four days after a consensual sexual encounter with a 17 yr old she cried assault, told her friend who called his brother, a cop, who arrested me took me in to wait for her complaint, got a detective to take my statement(which I now know I should not have given..det. said to write down what happened so I did admit to contact because there was contact)The charge has been changed to consensual sex with a minor 16-17 years old which will dissappear in onw year if I have no citations of any kind. All the statments taken from others at the party we left from state any things including underage drdinking by all of us ..yet I am the only one sent to AODA classes..no tickets issued to anyone else. I was also forced to leave a sporting event I attendedwith the parents of a friend because this girl was also there, cried to her principal who called the local auxiliary cop who called the county and was told there was to be no contact between us. Since there was no restraining order was it right that I had to leave so she could stay? Also , did the cop who's brother called him on his cell phone to make the accusation against me because of what this girl told him have any reason to arrest me. there was no complaint made by her to anyone until the cops brother called and the actual event happened in my car, with just the two of us in it 4 days earlier. I had seen and talked to her a couple of times between this encounter and her accusation of forced assault. From statements written by others she was afraid her friend would get mad at her because her friend had told her she was interested in me. This was completely consensual. I am wondering why my word is so less important than hers. Do I have any recourse for being arrested with no evidence to back it up and was my removal from a friends sporting event legal
