Taxing Matters

We'd need to know the facts of what occurred, who the parties are (employer/employee, school/student, store/customer etc, and if the government was involved, what government agency, the reason for it, and what evidence you have to support that was the reason for the action to provide much in the way of useful comments. The details matter because there are multiple Michigan and federal civil rights laws so it's not like I can give you just one link to a site where you can read about all of them in one place.
