SWIM is a 17 year old man, recently SWIM started helping a 14 year old friend deal with trouble's she was having at home. Her parents were emotionally, and to an extent, physically abusive. SWIM doesn't know how but they ended up getting involved and dated for about a month. They recently broke up and SWIM just found out an hour ago that last night the school called her parents to tell them that she was doing drugs, drinking, and having sex. She doesn't do drugs, she doesn't drink, but she was having sex. She is scheduled to get drug tested and all that **** now, and the call home caused her mom to disown her. She was suicidal and the school had no right to go cause all that trouble. The only reason they suspect she does drugs is because of her friends, and the only reason they suspect she was having sex is because of rumors that she was pregnant. I'm not sure if it's the school or her parents threatening to bring SWIM and her ex to court for relations with minor's laws but someone is. SWIM is pretty sure he can deal with that, but this is not the first time the school has defiled SWIM and his friend's. SWIM is getting really tired of it. Is a civil lawsuit justified, and if so what should SWIM do about it?

SWIM should stop molesting little girls. SWIM should get an attorney. SWIM should post this in the Criminal Law section.
