is this part of the emergency broadcast system and we are now on alert to standby for further information? Since it's civil, I would think it isn't the start of WWIII. Maybe we are in another bank meltdown.

Well he comes from a pretty violent family. Criminals and such. They absolutely hate me.. and likewise. The sister is unstable in my opinion. I mean, what else are you looking for? My husband's SUPER CRAZY is coming to OUR home to remove his belongings and I really dont want them there. But thats the only way to get his stuff out my house.

Yes, call the police and ask if they will do a civil standby. Some police forces will do this without much problem. Others simply do not have the personnel to do it.

Given that your first post gave NO information at all... some detail regarding the situation would be a place to start when asking for input, rather than expressing shock that we're not mind-readers. :rolleyes:
