What is the name of your state? NC
The Story:
Car repo in Dec of 1992.................Default judgement entered in July 16, 1993. This judgement appeared on credit reports for seven years it has since been removed. Now I recieved an Alias and Pluries Summons from an attorney debt colector for the monies that were originally owed in first judgement plus interest and attorney fees from them and now and court costs. How is this possible? How do I answer the summons?

In most states they can renew the default judgment once the original time frame has elapsed. Are you working now?? Are you willing to make payments on this old debt?? Just because it's not on your credit report does not mean they can't collect. They can seize bank accounts, garnish rages and all sorts of stuff once they get a judgment against you. I would have them verify the debt. That should buy you some time for you to decide what you want to do. If they can't verify the debt then they can't make you pay, or take you to court and get a judgment against you. This website has letters that you can send to verify debts and to vacate judgments against you.

Wait just a minute. Yes, judgments can be renewed, but have you called the court house to find out if THIS one has been renewed ?? If it hasn't been renewed then you may have other recourse. If it HAS been renewed, you need to find out WHEN. I've e-mailed a NC lawyer acquaintance to see what he has to say ;)
