What is the name of your state? Florida... I recently contracted to have a retaining wall built. After several months of waiting I built the wall myself utilizing the block that had been delivered. Now they are threatening to charge me with civil theft. They are asking $1,000.00 dollars more than the total project cost for the materials I used. Do they have a case or are they just trying to get extra money?
