What is the name of your state? Illinois

Nearly two years ago, while activated as a reservist in Oklahoma, I used dental insurance provided thru the Reserves and United Concordia. I was unaware, however, that when a Reservist is ordered to active duty of more than 30 days the insurance is automatically canceled until the Reservist is de-activated. United Concordia paid the claim anyway although the Reserves notifies them when a member is activated.

Now, nearly two years later, they have sent me a bill for the claims they had paid. Can they do this after they had already paid the claims nearly two years ago? Any statute of limitations on a case like this?
