What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? florida

If you receive an insurance check for a claim(one you did not make) and cash it
not knowing what it was for, what are the legal ramifications.

**A: depending on the amount of the check you could be asked to return the money to spending your time in prison having late night encounters with Bubba.

After I return the money will thye look into who made the claim in my name?

My response:

Pal, you've said everything, and you've said nothing.

Did it ever dawn on you, at any time, to just call your mortgage company and ask them, "Hey, what's this all about?"

**A: yes, but you must fill out form 1002 and 504B and send them via certified rrr mail by the deadline date in a self-addressed stamped envelope with your name, return address and mortgage account number.

I've tried but all get is a call center with service repswho don't want to bother with your questions and aren't able to answer them. They transfer you to another dept within the call center and they don't have answers either.
I've been waiting for two eeks now for someone to call me back and I've called more than once

Take notes of everything you have done, call dates and times, who you spoke with (Names are very important), the nature of the call. Definately, return the money. If you dont have all of it, express that you had no idea what it was about untill now, and try to make installments to them. Hopefully they will accept that. After all it was an honest mistake. Good luck!
