What is the name of your state? Alabama:mad: I, am the owner of a home my parents gave to me a two years ago, and my father has been paying the insurance on the home by choice, the home was recently destroyed by fire. I, have filled out all the necessary paper work, for the claim adjuster, and now he has sent me forms entitled non waiver agreement, and he also wants to do a credit check on me, I have never heard of this being done before, the home was insured for 25,000. Is this legal, and if not what can be done about it. Urgent!!!!!
