Georgia. Father ordered to pay child support "until child reaches the age of majority, dies, marries or becomes emancipated, whichever first occurs provided however that if child has not previously married or become emancipated and is enrolled in attending a SECONDARY school, has attained the age of majority before completing her secondary school education, said child support shall continue until child completes her secondary school education or attains 20 years of age whichever first occurs. Can you clarify what is secondary school? high school? college? Child will be 18 08/2012.. Graduates from high school 5/2012.

Child will be done with secondary school May, 2012. Secondary school is HIGH SCHOOL. So your child support will continue until the child turns 18 in August.

So what is middle or jr. high considered? Is that lumped into primary?
Its generally lumped into elementary. Elementary is generally k-8, and secondary is 9-12. Although it really doesn't matter a whole lot anyway, because CS goes through high school graduation anyway.
