What is the name of your state? Michigan

My husband and his ex have a fairly clear cut custody order, with a few exceptions that they both want cleared up. An example is that they alternate having the kids on their birthdays, but it only states:

The children's birthday's shall be spent with the Plaintiff in all odd numbered years, with the Defendant in all even numbered years.

The kids' birthday just passed, and they (kind of) agreed to a pick-up/drop-off time for the future, but reviewed the holiday schedule and found a few more non-descript items in the schedule that need fixed. I think they can both agree to the same changes, but it doesn't seem like this constitutes a real custody modification. They both want the changes made legally, but want to file the agreement with as little cost to both as possible. What would this be called and who do they need to go to in order to implement the changes? They aren't going through FOC...in case that matters.
Thanks!

I don't know about Michigan - New Jersey calls them consent orders.
