This question may not be appropriate for this forum, and if not, I apologize.

I'm curious as to the process of initiating a class-action lawsuit. If you go to http://bellatlanticpathetic.com/ you'll get a very good understanding of why it is that I'm here. I'm wondering what the cost and likelyhood of success would be against a company like Verizon. They've had numerous outages and times when service was unavailable, however they never issue a widespread credit! Instead they retain the money even though no service was ever rendered during those times. What do you think?

Thanks,

Marcus (Massachusetts)
