What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CALFORNIA

So I filled for divorce and just filed for final judgement and I did not hire a lawyer because we do not have any kids, no property, no debt, and we both have an agreement no spousal support from each other. Yesterday I received a letter from the courthouse indicating that my request to file Proposed Judgment has been rejected because I made 3 errors. Do I just fix the errors, make 2 copies, bring all the documents back to the clerk and I'm done or is there more I have to do?
I cant attach any letters so i just typed in the letter:

Your request to file Proposed Judgement has been rejected for the following reason:

On Form FL-100 item #2 the length of marriage and dates do not match up, please submit a declaration specifying a. date of marriage, b. date of separation & c. time from date of marriage to date of separation

On form FL-115 item #3 a the date the respondent was served is incomplete

On Form FL-165 item #2 is missing a signature

Please make necessary corrections and resubmit attaching this rejection letter.

Contact out Self-Help center for further completeness/corrections of these documents, Self Help flyer enclosed.

At this time there are no issues with your Judgement, therefore your copies will be retained in the court file.

I thought I double check everything but I was wrong. Also they did not give me the self help flyer. I chatted with the law librarian at the self help center and all they said was just fix the errors and go back to the clerk's office but also said they weren't really sure. So what do I do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

And then, for good measure, they told you where to get help if the above isn't clear.

So what's the problem?
