We have small cleaning service.Client for whom we performed one time service does not want to pay us.She own us $110 and does not return phone calls.It is been over four months now.Is it worth to go to the small claims court?

Why not? She is probably betting you will not. Be sure to add your costs for filing and serving to the claim. When you get a judgement you can place a lien on an asset.
