Hi

I’m recovering from a brain abscess which was much worse due to the local a&e misdiagnosis - they sent me home twice and I was treated poorly before it was correctly diagnosed- by which time permanent damage had been done to my dominant arm and hand.

I’ve initiated a claim with NHSLA, but wondered if others had done this successfully without a solicitor?

Cheers

James

I'm not an attorney but I do know that medical malpractice claims are way too complex to handle yourself.
Get an attorney who specializes in such matters.
