What is the name of your state? vt...I posted a legitimate question here. LYA: Who the heck do you think you are? I posted a medical issue I am having and you seem to go on a tangient about my other posts. So I ask alot of questions, this is a forum for that. I have respected much of the advice I have been given for the many questions I have asked about. If you are bothered by all the postings someone makes then why bother being in this forum?! Or better yet start a thread on "how to demean members" on this forum. That seems about your level. Anyways, I am going through a very difficult time since my thyroids have been removed, and as many patients do, "trust" in their surgeons decisions. What bothers me now, and I realize its hindsight, is the fact after the thyroids are now gone to find out the only issues with them were 4 nodules the size of 2cm. NO cancer, and the thyroids were functioning normal. I feel like an important organ was removed as the easy way of dealing with it. Thank you, Faith

Even if you had the best medmal claim ever, no attorney would touch your case because of your frequent legal complaints. You would be an unreliable witness and the defense would mop the courtroom floor with you.

In nursery rhyme context, you have cried wolf so many times, the villagers will let you get eaten this time.

Oh and by the way LYA, I am not a sue happy person. I have not bounced any checks as you noted on the forum, and some of the questions I do ask are sometimes for friends. Plus even if I do have ONE lawsuit, have kids, been divorced or dealing with issues in a business, with family,or medical, these many issues are nothing new under the sun and this forum have some very intelligent thoughtful people who are there to help and give sound advice. Don't judge my life just because your life might be easier. It's the struggles in life that gives a person growth and wisdom. Its people like you that judge without knowledge. Have a nice day..... This post is what PM's are for. Use it next time. This is a rant, not a question and the general public doesn't need to be put in on your private tiff with another member.

what I am doing is defending my character by another members demeaning remarks. I came in here posting a legitimate situation, and this is how it was responded to. I never mentioned suing for malpractice, LYA did. Plus why are you pointing at me on this issue? Seems to me you should be telling this to LYA. Faith

Again, that is what PMs are for. Why do you feel the need to defend your character to a bunch of people you don't know anyway? All you are doing is getting into a b*tch fest with someone you may never cross paths with and if you did, wouldn't know it anyway.

If LYA saw in your profile is what she typed, then say what you want, but the proof is in the postings. Again, if you don't like what someone has said here, you can (1) ignore it or (2) find the 10039468349087234 other forums on the web that will give you all the answers you want to hear.

So, how long are you going to keep up this argument for the world to see when people probably have legitimate questions to ask? Go back and forth with her/him in PM till the cows come home, but get a grip and leave this alone in the forums. Please and thank you.

I started this ridicous thread because my other one was closed. So how else could I have responded to LYA's remarks or answered back on my other post without starting a new one. Whomever closed it should of posted on the first thread that it was going to be closed and why. Anyways, I will let it go now, faith
