What is the name of your state? Virginia
Three are 3 parcels, Parcel A has 45 acres. Parcel B has 5 acres and Parcel C has 3 acres. Parcel B was landlocked and had a right of way through parcel A and Parcel C. Parcel C is landlocked and has a right of way through parcel A. The right of way is a common driveway road for parcel A, B, and C. Now the people who bought parcel A, also now own parcel B. It abutts parcel A on three sides. The owners of parcel A and B now abutt on 3 sides of Parcel C. Since parcel B is no longer landlocked can the right of way to parcel B be closed? Seeing as how the new owners have the ability to go to parcel B without use of the easement on parcel C?

question?

How would the person wanting to close the easement down find out? He cannot really afford a lawyer. Case of him being david (little ole country boy) and the person trying to abuse being Goliath (well funded wanna be gentleman farmer).
