How Long Does It Take To Terminate A Trust? And Isnt A Detailed Accounting Of All The Income And Assests A Requirment? The Trust Will Be Divided Among Me And My Half Sister, However I Was Informed If I Wanted A Detailed Accounting The Cost Of Such Would Come Out Of My Half And Would Take An Additional 3 Months Or More? Is That Fair?

How cheesy. Write your sister a letter informing her that your attorney has told you that the cost of accounting comes out of the trust, so in effect you both will be paying for it.
