closing delay-FHA

[frantic buyer]

signed purchase contract for property in Ks.in Feb. were preapproved for purchase price.using mortgage broker.closing delayed twice now coming up on third closing date and still no funds.is this typical of fha loans and is there anything can do to speed this process up.

Does not sound typical but it depends on the reason for the delays.
