What is the name of your state? indiana

A friend of mine settled through arbitration on land they owned jointly with their brother. They went to arbitration and the outcome was the brother was being bought out. Now they think that the persons buying him out are not going to go to closing..that they didnt come up with the money. If this happens what are the options for the brother?

**A: he can file litigation for specifc performance based on the arbitrators ruling. He needs an attorney though. This type of lawsuit is not a do it yerselfer.

What exactly does that mean? What happens if they dont show up with the money and the brother opts not to take it through court again?
