CNA help

Junior Member
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wyoming

I work as a home health CNA. I recently was hurt on the job. I don't think things are set up for me to do my job safely. The man a care for is paralyzed and weighs 236 lbs. He likes most things done in his bed like dressing. The bed I feel is a little low for me to do my job right and be injured. And I also believe some other things should be changed but he is a pretty big sticklier on doing things his way. I wanted to know what I can do to chasnge things and make it safer on me. I am now out of work for at least 3 days. I also get paid through workers comp for this job because he was injured. They said I was require to do my own taxes and things and wouldn't have insurance. But does that mean I won't be paid for this injury or can I get paid for the days I will be missing
