First, I live in Ga. - is this a No-Fault state? Second, my husband used moneys from his IRA and 401K plan from a previous job (this money was acquired prior to our being married) to put down on our home. He deposited the money to our joint checking account and paid for everything from this account. He can trace where the money came from (this I do not dispute), but he co-mingled the funds on his own free will. Question: Will I be responsible for reimbursing him these funds in the equitable division of our property? He has informed me that the portion that he put down on the home will be subtracted from my portion in the division of the property.
