What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Pennsylvania

My parents transferred ownership of their home to me and two of my siblings.
Up until recently they have been able to pay for the taxes and insurance.
Currently two of the three siblings have been paying to maintain the home and pay the property taxes , as well as the insurance.

The third sibling does not contribute ( but is fully financially capable)to the tax and maintenance burden.
Is there anything we can do to recoupe the money two of us have spent to maintain the home once our parents have passed on and we sell the home?

Your parents are still living in the home? Was this an outright transfer or did your parents reserve a life estate for themselves?
