What is the name of your state?pennsylvania
If my sister and i are co-owner of vechicle and i have stored it at my house for over a year -- am i able to drop the vehicle at her residence without any thing falling back on me -- i have had 3 buyers for the vehicle and she claims it not enough money -- please someone help me!!!!

You mean, if you dump the car in her driveway, are you still legally responsible for what happens to it? If so, then yes, you are.
 
If you no longer want the car in your name. Take your sister to the DMV and sign the car over to her. Then it is her responsibility. Or have her sign the car over to you and sell it for whatever you please.
