kansas, i co-signed an auto loan, he took off with the truck, how can i find the truck or should I sue. he is in jail now over a different situation.

I guess, you could get in your car and start looking ! Who are you going to sue ? You said the guy is in jail, so what do you expect to get ? His hourly from making license plates ?

You stated that he is in jail. My advice is to contact him and ask where the truck is. It doesn't do him any good now. Maybe a little $$$ incentive me help if he isn't willing to just tell you. It doesn't seem fair, but as some people in New York just found out the other day, LIFE AIN'T FAIR!!!
