I am not clear on how to do this. The person i am renting too will be signing 2 year lease and her mom
who will NOT live with her will co-sign and she knows it will be a 2 year lease. Here is my question:

Would a co-signer would just sign the lease but NOT be named in the contract.(only the people living at the condo should be named in the lease? For example the the renter is written in at the top of the lease and signs it but the co-signer is not named in the lease just signs it right? I never used a co-signer before and might not this time, it depends on her credit report. I need a walkthrough on doing this
and where would i put in detail of the co-signer like after the 2 years the co-signer will not have to co-sign if the tenant renews leaee?
