Alabama
I retired from JB Hunt Transport Nov 1 2007. I am on Medicare my wife is on Cobra
with JB Hunt Transport Inc, Lowell AR.
We pay $306 per month for Cobra coverage for medicine and health insurance.
Each time my wife goes to get a prescripton filled we are informed we have no insurance.
We have to call JB Hunt to get the medicine at insurance price. They inform us that it has to be updated every week and no one is responsible for that. My wife needs her medicine and it is very stressfull for her to get the medicine.
My wife had to visit her doctor and was told the claim was denied because our insurance has expired. I am calling JB Hunt Monday March 3, 2008 to inform them of the problem.
Is this the way Cobra is suppose to work? If not, what can we do to solve this problem? What is the name of your state?Alabama
