Is there a Code of Ethics of Standards a Real Estate Agent who is also a Landlord must adhere to? The landlord of my rental is also a Real Estate Agent, has posted notices on my door calling me names, making false allegations concerning my rent check coming back as insufficient funds, fabricating conversations/advice given to her from a law clerk at the county court building, making threats concerning the Sherrif and other law enforcement personel that have no basis in the law or statutes, and also loudly calling me names inside the court building following a court hearing where the judge dismissed the case of a forcible detainer she had filed against me. I am shocked at her lack of professionalism. Is there anything I can do ? Or any place to make a complaint so as to stop this kind of behavior?

**A: search state RE licensing laws and the Realtor Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. You will find some good stuff there.
