Good Morning,
Please explain Landlord/Tenant Act at 68 P.S. Section 250.501. I live in Pennsylvania. I gave them a three day notice to evict due to non payment their attornery said because it is between Sept. 1 and March 31 you must give them thirty day's??? Thank you. Landlord4
