Recently my company had a layoff and job cutbacks. 4 employees in different parts of the company were placed on part time at 24 hours a week. Interesting thing is that all 4 employees are over 60, and all have worked for the company from 20 to 30 years. I was one of those employees and my job is and always has been very busy as I answer service calls from across the company. There are other older employees that are in this age group and were not affected by this cutback. Does this sound like age discrimination to you?
