What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Texas

I have a quick question, any help is greatly appreciated. I recently have learned that a constable has collected a full judgment on my case in the form of a cashier's check. Does anyone know the next steps in receiving the money and how long it will take?

Congrats - very few people actually get their judgments collected!

Generally, the constable will deposit the cashier's check to their account, and, once it clears, will send you a check less the fees that are due. Feel free to call the constable's office, who will tell you how long the process usually takes .. in my experience, three to four weeks.
