Hi,
I live in Virginia: We took a tenant to court to evict/non-payment of rent & got a judgment ($700). They left the area and didn't pay. Months later, the knucklehead decides to buy a car and has a credit company call us for rental verification. They FAX the social security #'s, address, etc. We get garnishment against the wife, collected a total of $100, she quits job, leaves that area. How do I go about locating the tenant now? IS the judgment good indefinitely? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
