What is the name of your state?RI

I recently won a civil judgement against a "friend" and i'm now in the process of trying to collect on that judgement. My attorney put in a motion for a tack on order because my friend has been avoiding the sherriff. If i get the tack on order, and she fails to appear, what will happen? Will the courts issue a warrant for her arrest or a warrant to seize assets or something?

Forget these other people. What you need to do is call the police and demand that the person is arrested immediately. Then go to their bank and demand that you get all the money out of their bank accounts. If there is not enough in the bank to cover the judgment, go to this person's house and you can start taking stuff to sell. You might even go to their place of employment and demand their next paycheck. Oh, and I might add, I have a degree in BS from the University of Tijuana. Go Matadors!!!

WOW!! I have to say... racer must really be off his meds in this post, or is making a VERY feeble attempt at humor.
If you tried to do many of the things he claims... without following the law, YOU may find yourself in Tijuana.... to avoid the criminal warrants.
