When my parents divorced my father was ordered to pay child support for me and my two brothers. We moved out of the state (This occurred in California and we moved to Florida) so the money has been accumulating in a trustfund in my mothers name for the past four years. I am now an adult and would like to get the money that is owed to me. How do I do this? Who do I contact? Also how do I get my case numbers and the names of the judges and or lawyers involved in the case?
thank you

Is your mother still alive? Because if so, the money is hers. CS is for the Custodial Parent, not the Children.
