What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Maine

I filed a pro-se case. It was settled at a mediation. His lawyer filed the notice with the court.

The defendant agreed to pay $5,000, and return items of mine that he is holding within 30 days. The payment due date is now 17 days past due. What should I do next to collect.

Do I actually have a judgement?

I am considering filing a specific performance suit to effect return of my property, and while in court ask the court to award penalties and legal fees to collect the cash. I would then turn this over to a lawyer to collect. Can I do that?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

What does the judgement from the court say? All you've said is that his attorney filed the notice with the court but nothing about the decision.
