As a general note, the one with the judgment is tasked with collecting on it. The problems experienced with getting a debtor to pay what s/he owes do not disappear when a court rules in favor of the creditor. With a judgment in hand, there are only more options available for the creditor to take in collecting what is owed (e.g, wage garnishment, asset attachment).
