I have 8 separate checks that were fraud written that went to a CA, I stupidly paid the items thinking it would go away and I would be ok, now they list 8 separate collections as paid on my credit reports. I have sent the CA an affadavit of forgery and a police report, they refuse to delete, they do not even have the original checks.
