What is the name of your state? OH
I've just started a new job. It's part time, not many hours and doesn't pay much, but it will help with the bills at home. The company doesn't issue paychecks. Instead, you have a choice of a debit card or direct deposit. I turned down the debit card because of problems I'd heard about them. Instead, I opted for direct deposit.
Since I don't have a bank account of my own, my bf/partner agreed to put me on his account. All household bills are paid out of his account anyway.
My question is can my creditors (ie. old hospital/medical bills) take any money from this account? Are they allowed to just go into anyone's bank account and remove funds?
